Sem se koncno lotil menjat tisti oring, pa mi ni uspelo... enega vijaka mi nikakor ni uspelo dobiti ven zaradi ene zascite nad njim, ki je nisem mogel vzeti stran, potem sem z zmrznjenimi prsti obupal...
A obstaja kaksen lazji nacin da se to dobi narazen?

Ja zascita ima 4 vijake. Druge ni..

Ta zaščita je na sesalnem kolektorju, in ima en vijak zadaj, enga spredaj pa dva s strani, če se ne motim...znajo biti mal skriti. Vsi pa so 12mm nastavek

Se mi zdi da sta bla zadaj dva vijaka, mogoce en ni bil pravi... en je bolj zgoraj pa en bolj spodaj, pri zgornjem mi je zgledalo da je ta zascita privarjena na (verjetno) sesalni kolektor... bom mogoce jutr se enkrat pogledal

Nikjer ni privarjen, "samo" 5 vijakov ga drži.
Nimate dovoljenj za ogled prilog tega prispevka.

Sem se namatral s tistim zadaj spodaj... ampak je pa uspel

Se vedno imam probleme z obrati ki v prostem teku predolgo ne padejo, sem probal dva motorcka prostega teka (enega dodatnega rabljenega sem dobil pri avtu), oba sem tudi ocistil pa ni nic drugace. Sta se pa pojavile napake:

A je to lahko zaradi menjave motorcka in jih lahko zbrisem, a je kaj drugega?

Ali si pri menjavi motorčkov mogoče odklopil akumulator?
Subaru naj bi imel neko proceeduro po ponovnem priklopu akumulatorja. No, če ga nisi ga odklopi in sledi navodilom (meni je pomagalo):
How to Idle Re-Learn after Battery Disconnect
Posting here as this seems to affect some Forester and Imprezza models with Electronic Throttle Bodies or IACV that undergo a battery disconnect, and lose their idle calibration.
As per THIS POST and ANOTHER POST and THIS OTHER POST and YET ANOTHER POST to retrain the ECU idle parameters:
1) Turn off the lights, aircon, stereo or any system in the car that draws extra current on top of the engine. 2) Disconnect the battery for 30 mins. 3) Reconnect the battery. 4) Before you start the car for the first time, turn the key to the ON position but do NOT turn the engine over. Wait 10-15 seconds so the electronic throttle body or IACV has time to go to the factory programmed home position. 5) After waiting, start the car and let it idle without any load, lights, A/C etc. 6) Every 20 seconds or so the idle will be adjusted up and down as the ECU tries to adjust it towards a stoichiometric fuel / air mix. 7) Leave the engine running for a full 10 mins but DO NOT TOUCH THE ACCELERATOR during this time or turn on anything that will cause extra electrical current draw. 8) Turn off the engine, and leave the key in the OFF position for at least 20 sec. 9) As per step (4) turn the key back to the ON position for 10-15 sec without actually starting the engine. 10) Start the engine and leave to idle for a further 5 minutes without touching the accelerator and without turning on other systems in the car. 11) Turn off the engine again and wait at least 20 sec before restarting. 12) Take the car for a test drive as the ECU should now be fully retrained.

Si motorček odklopil, ko si imel kontakt ali pa si dal kontakt, ko si imel motorček odklopljen?

En motorcek sem imel prisraufan v avtu, konektor pa na drugem, ki sem ga po ciscenju sestavljal skupaj (nekajkrat dal kontakt in ugasnil da je zagrabil navoj). Nisem pa siguren ce je bil kontakt res samo takrat ko sem imel motorcek priklopljen, ker sem jaz drzal motorcek skupaj, brat pa dajal kontakt...
Najprej probam to kar je thomas napisal, ce ne bo dobro pa se kable preverim (samo moram potem najprej nabavit multimeter, kaksen predlog katerega?).
Kje pa se dobijo te pdf-ji o napakah, vidim da je uporabno..?

Hitrejša opcija je brisanje shranjenih napak z OBD vmesnikom, če imaš to možnost... Tisti postopek po resetu pa se meni zdi 'lari fari' - sem velikokrat resetiral ECU, nekajkrat sem ga preizkusil, pa ni bilo nobene razlike - tudi brez tega se vse uredi v par minutah.
Celoten 'factory service manual'-om dobiš tukaj (2003 EU Forester), tu pa je še en dodatek.

Mogoce je problem resen, zaenkrat dobr kaze
edino vcasih crkne ko preklopi na plin ce je v leru, ker obrati tako padejo... ampak to bojo pa na plinskem servisu zrihtal

pri meni smo nastavili ventile,ker mi je isto crkoval spoh pred semaforji,pa je potem bilo vredu,ce glih na imprezi ampak je motor enak tvojemu. kaj si zdaj naredil? da ti obrati padejo normalno?
