WRC reli Finska, 2.-5. avgust 2007

Bliža se začetek druge polovice letošnje sezone. Ta konec tedna se bodo WRC mrcine podile po hitrih makadamskih cestah na Finskem.
Subaru bo v boj poslal tri avtomobile - P. Solberg, C. Atkinson in X. Pons.

Sledi nadaljevanje v nemških vinogradih, konec avgusta pa se karavana seli v Novo Zelandijo.

"Not so bad this morning and a much better start than yesterday but that was the first stage in the day and so everything is still a bit cold. Yesterday I was very miserable and so depressed so I am sorry to all the people watching me because I was so frustrated."

"I braked in a few stupid places and lost a bit of time to Petter.Just need to get a good rhythm going."

V SS14 je bil Petter šele 18-ti! V skupnem je padel na 7. mesto.

"Same problems as before which are now getting bigger. I am finding it really hard to drive the car. Nothing seems to work for me in there. I was so looking forward to this rally but have had no enjoyment so far."

"We took risks in there and it wasn´t easy. We ran on softer tyres which helped and I am happy with my time."

Petter zaključil finski reli.

Richard Taylor (direktor SWRT): “We haven’t been able to identify the problem that Petter has experienced with the car and there is little point in him continuing the event at this speed. The only sensible thing to do now is to retire the car from the leg and bring it back to service so we can begin a thorough analysis.”
